Yesterday I met some awesome new friends on the internet, Viktoria and Gary, and they gave me some great ideas as we brainstormed together for my WAHM 2 WAHM site. I just love my “job!” Look for some awesome new changes to the site … we decided that it needed to offer even more value in order to incent subscribers to sign up quickly … and stick around for the new bonuses. Thanks Viktoria and Gary … I appreciate you two. *SmiLes* Suzanne

Congratulations to Nathan for competing in his first ever triathlon. He teamed up with two of his friends and formed a team that took 12th place! Nathan did the 200 meter swim, Jack did the 5k bike ride and Jarrett did the run (1 1/2 miles I believe).
The boys were so excited about the event and they really did work their tails off. We were so proud of all three of them. It was held on Saturday, April 19th at Schlitterbahn in New Braunfels. We had perfect weather and it was a nice family time.
Congratuations again to Nathan, Jack and Jarrett … and a special thank you to their coach, Bert (Jack’s dad – a triathlete himself). *SmiLes* Suzanne

Well, I recently purchased a treadmill and I usually enjoy starting my day with a brisk 2 mile walk. I have set up my treadmill on my front porch … I have a long, wide porch … with an amazing view so it makes it very nice. It seems there are days that the workout just flies by and other times when I can’t stop watching the minutes tick by. I use an mp3 player and I realized today just how much the music I listen to impacts my workout. If I’m listening to slow music … even if it’s good and I like the songs … I have a hard time staying motivated. But, if I chose songs with an upbeat tempo I can practically wiz through my workout.
What songs do you listen to during your workout? *SmiLes* Suzanne
