Hi … My name is Suzanne Franco (Land) and I’m a wife (newlywed actually) and mother to 5 amazing kids (my 3 and his 2 – ages 9 to 16) and we live in the Texas Hill Country where we try to spend a lot of time in the water (river, boating, wakeboarding, the beach, etc.) and running from one kid’s sporting event to the other (mainly football, cheerleading, and soccer).

Hello WAHM! Got a couple of questions. How did you come about these 30 sites? Are there more that you use or just these 30?
Do you always fill out the “Title” “Topics” “Comments” and “Clipping” fields?
When i went through your list of 30 (i’m a little over 1/2 way) i realized i could import my sites from a saved bookmark file, or from del.ic.us etc etc.. do you use this feature?
Right now, all i did was import and use the keywords and URL and Title
Thoughts?
I don’t have others … but I will add to it over time
I would also like to add a comment to each stating if the site is category specific (i.e. technology, blogs, news, etc.) … and maybe folks who visit will add their comments here and I can add them to the post so we can all benefit from the info.
I do use the “Title” as that is very important … it will be used for SEO purposes as your meta title tag … I do use the “Comments” … again, very important … for SEO it’s the same as your meta description tag … and then of course make sure you fill in your tags (more like categories) and your keywords. I don’t know exactly what “clipping” is used for but if I look into it I will post in the post area or here in the comments.
Great questions and I’m so glad to see you using these … it’s very important to try to get as many high PR links back to your site as possible and this is a fairly simple way to do so.

Hello Hye ~ No, there’s not a limit on the sites. I would try to use all of them whenever time permits. When I’m short on time I personally start at the top because of the higher page rank (that’s why I ordered them that way). I am still in the process of looking into each site to see if there’s a category or subject matter they specialize in (i.e. news, technology, etc.) because if they are specialized like that you don’t want to post something that is out of place or you will get flagged or even banned. I was banned from Digg for this reason because I didn’t know I was “breaking their rules” and that sucks! I haven’t tried getting back on from another computer but it won’t let me re-register from my laptop ;( Other than that … I say go for it! @ JR … OMG … I am so sorry for that error! LOL. I’ll add SearchleIt … the others are on there already. I’ve started to use Social Marker and I don’t remember why I stopped. I will revisit it and report back with how I do with it and hopefully add a tutorial too. Thanks for the reminder. *huGs* S

Mixx is NOT a do-follow, it shows up as do-follow on the toolbars but look at the link location, it’s not a direct link to your content, it’s a location within Mixx, and then the link “view story” that actually takes you to website link.

I just found your site, through the BANS Forum, and I’m so glad that I did. I can see that you have loads of great information and I know that I shall be spending a great deal of time reading through your posts. I have already spotted your articles on alternative ways to make money on the internet and am looking forward to reading them.
In the meantime, I have just started social bookmarking and I am a little confused! I have read that it is important not to have too many pages that are affiliate sites in your accounts and to make everything look natural. On the other hand, the advice everywhere is to bookmark every piece of content that you write and to send it to as many social bookmarking sites as possible. If I do this, I shall eventually have every page of each website bookmarked in my various accounts. This does not feel very natural to me? Am I missing something?

Thanks for the list. I am using your info and JRs. One thing is that Mixx does provide do-follow links on the user profile page. I checked a couple of users and their pages are indexed so I think its fine for a backlink but forget about PR.
@ dave ~ thanks for checking on the mixx “thing” … i’ve heard both do-follow and no-follow … so it’s good to have accurate information. did you happen to check the pr for the user pages? sometimes those type pages pass on decent pr … *SmiLes* S

I use social marker to do my bookmarking – makes it a lot easier (and more importantly for me – quicker) than doing it manually.
