Hi David ~ Thanks for the feedback … getting started is almost always the biggest hurdle … whether it’s a new business or even a new aspect of an existing business … I’m trying to get better at “just do it” … I over analyze everything! LOL and I don’t get things done because of it. Something is better than nothing and you can always go back and improve once you start.

Such a great lesson to prioritise the work. It is so easy to do the easy stuff and not the valuable stuff! Just get on and do it!
Fantastic to be working as a team where you can “push” each other in the right direction – one of the difficulties of working in this business is that team isn’t always as easy to put together.
