You know, I have a tip. Using pre owned e commerce sites that seem to have had a specific targeted audience or a targeted type of product pushed seem to work well. Any pre owned sites that have had tons of information regarding something in particular is awesome. I had a site that gave out coupons on purses as they received them. Made bank on that one but didn't know how to keep it alive. I also didn't know about SEO at the time. The other site I had was a site that was a company that did catery in their local town. I turned that site into what seemed like a "We are going out of business kitchenware site." That banked for a short while as well. Did not know about SEO then either. However, what I noticed is that if they have had traffic, have good backlinks, and have had good information or have been up for years, these would possible create the fastest short term income for you.
