On today’s audio message Anthony and I discusss how we actually do our audio recordings … and we talk about the upcoming posts we are getting ready for you.
We are using Skype to call each other via the computer (an IP connection) using the internet … one computer IP address calling the other computer. Pretty cool huh? Then Anthony found a free software for us, PowerGramo, which we use to record the phone calls. When we’re done I save the recording into a .wav file (one of the options with the software). Then I import the audio into a program that creates the player (I can choose the size, style and color for the player) and that’s what I upload to the site. Obviously these steps are a bit more complicated than this … and I’d be happy to do a more detailed post if anyone is interested in adding audio on their blog.
First thing this morning I ran into a problem getting images to align on the blog so I decided to do a screen capture video of how I fixed the issue. I hope to be posting that for you tomorrow.
Also, I’ve been emailing back and forth with one of our readers, Julie, and she’s given us permission to share those emails. I answer various questions for her and I’m hoping it will be helpful for others so we’ll be posting them all here on the blog. (Thanks Julie!)
The next issue is the poll we’ve got here on the blog … so far we’ve had a bit of each answer but the majority of you checked that you have a site/blog in a niche other than the make money online niche. That’s exciting for us as we’d love to help you fine tune your keyword research and possibly take a look at your competition and such. Oh yeah … Anthony and I laugh every time my headset gets brought up … someone stepped on it and I taped it back together … well the tape hurt my head so I taped over that with a bandaid LOL and now the earphone part isn’t working so I sit with the headset for the microphone … and then plug my earphones to my MP3 player into the other ear … I’m a sight for sure … Anthony talked me into posting the pic I sent him from the day my hair got all tangled in the “broken piece” … so … we’d love for you to send us pictures of you in your office or work space to post here on the blog … might be a fun way to get to know each other right?

Anthony and I are really starting to get to know more about each other and when we started really discussing our backgrounds and how each of us got started on the internet we decided we might as well hit record and share it with you.
We both agree that the internet is in its infancy and it seems we were both getting started online fairly early on in the “game” but it wasn’t until more recent years that either of us took it seriously as a business venture.
As time goes on we’ll dig deeper and deeper into our online business and where we’re headed online.

I’m really excited to introduce my new business partner! His name is Anthony Augugliaro. Anthony lives in the Tampa, Florida area with his family (fiance and their children) and he’s an all-around great guy. We’ve been online friends for over a year now and I’m so glad we met. We totally hit it off and have stayed in touch as a support system for each other throughout this time.
We figured out that we have the same goals online and very similar interests offline and we’ve decided that we can each accomplish more together then we could through our own efforts.
We both have a strong work ethic and more importantly, we both love helping others and believe in putting others first. I just know it will be the best business decision I’ve made and I believe he feels the same way.
We have some great plans for the blog here at suzannefranco.com but we will also be helping each other with our existing sites and hope to team up on a few of the other ideas we’ve been brainstorming together. We’ll share our ideas and progress here on the blog so you can follow along. We’ll be “meeting” and brainstorming online via Skype and we’ll record most everything we discuss so we can share it with you. That way you can be a “fly on the wall” and see what we’re up to with our businesses. We’d also like to get into the swing of answering reader questions so please let us know what you need help with so we can assist you. We will also be getting started with our interview series where we pick the brains of fellow bloggers and other business owners so be sure and let us know who you’d most like to see interviewed here on the blog (is it you? LOL).
