I too wish I'd known this 20 years ago LOL ... but we do NOW ... and I'm glad to hear you say you will teach this to your kids ... my dad is the one who taught me this idea ... a few years ago when I had a house fire and I was looking for a business to purchase ... dad went over this criteria with me LOL I missed the "list" by a little bit with the FD newsletter ... but since then I've been more in touch with my desires in a business model and I'll keep refining it. *SmiLes* Great to hear from ... hope you're well ;) Hey Steve! No matter if you build BANS or minisites or what ever they will still require some work and especially if you are going to do everything yourself.
