Niche Store Earnings January, February, and March 2011
It’s that time … time for me to update you on the progress and profits from my niche stores. Since I last wrote, I have built a handful of new stores (with the help of an outsourcer) and I’m really glad I did. They are all indexed nicely and starting to perform well.
If you recall in my last niche store update I mentioned that I was going to basically duplicate my existing niches and stores and that’s what I decided to do. There were some stores that Google just did not like so most all of the traffic was from Yahoo and Bing. With these new stores it seems almost the opposite – I’m doing great in Google and not so well with Yahoo and Bing *sigh* So goes the story of trying to figure out what the search engines really want right?!
I also decided to try some classified advertising (I’ve use USFree Ads in the past) and that seems to have produced some nice traffic too.
So on to my profits:
January 2011: $608.68
February 2011: $495.96
March 2011: $1,188.16
In my next niche store update I will tell you about some issues I’ve run into in my SEO/backlinking efforts … it’s always a learning experience isn’t it? LOL *SmiLes* Suzanne

I am trying my luck with blogging and also trying to figure out how I can direct traffic towards my blog. I have read that this actually rake in money, blogging I mean. So when I found your blog I was even more convinced that I should start blogging.

I have a niche store, and I monetize it mostly with adsense because it’s not really selling well. Of course my earnings are much lower than yours…

Some great earnings! I love these sorts of posts, when you can see actuals, it gives you confidence you CAN make some nice money on the internet. I own a candle shoppe and I am new at this SEO. Trying to get more free traffic to my web site so I will try USfree ads. Also working on back links and have now done a Blog.
We specialize in Soy candles so would this be classified as a niche store? If some one would let me know I would appreciate it.

You really had it going on your store. I hope I could do the same for my own online niche store. It is a bit hard running an online store and a blog all at the same time. I would rather blog though, I just started the online store because I needed to have quicker earnings. And now I have to focus on branding.
