Telecommute Jobs
I spend a lot of time online and I can’t tell you how many people I meet online who are looking for a “job” that they can do online from home and make a ton of money … or at least replace their full-time income. I wish I could say that these jobs were plentiful and that there are companies who will beat your door down to hire you.
Truthfully, the very best way to find these types of jobs is OFFLINE. Most people who are doing this type of work talked their “offline” boss into allowing them to work their same position from home … or they got the work through someone they know.
Please beware of the many scams on the internet. Legitimate work at home employers should not ask you for money or to pay for postage for any reason. The other common scam in this market is the “data entry” job posts. This is usually simply a disguise for a business filling out surveys and such. You can make some money doing this … but I don’t like deceit. Just call it what it is!
I suggest checking out all potential companies and potential employers by doing a Google search on the company name and on the hiring person and to also check with the Better Business Bureau before making any decisions.
You can also try these sites where they list telecommute jobs:
I hope this helps and let me know if you’ve ever done any telecommuting. If so, how did you find the job? Do you have any suggestions for the other readers? Do you have a site or a business that is looking for telecommuters? Please leave your comments below. Thanks! *SmiLes* Suzanne

Hi … My name is Suzanne Franco (Land) and I’m a wife (newlywed actually) and mother to 5 amazing kids (my 3 and his 2 – ages 9 to 16) and we live in the Texas Hill Country where we try to spend a lot of time in the water (river, boating, wakeboarding, the beach, etc.) and running from one kid’s sporting event to the other (mainly football, cheerleading, and soccer).

Great post. I have added you to my rss reader.
No doubt, telecommute jobs are going to be the trend in the future to come. It has it’s own pros and cons-though. It will be helpful for working mothers, especially. Still, telecommuting can be part time and still, those who want to do it full time needs to be more sincere and disciplined. Am I right?
