Well, I recently purchased a treadmill and I usually enjoy starting my day with a brisk 2 mile walk. I have set up my treadmill on my front porch … I have a long, wide porch … with an amazing view so it makes it very nice. It seems there are days that the workout just flies by and other times when I can’t stop watching the minutes tick by. I use an mp3 player and I realized today just how much the music I listen to impacts my workout. If I’m listening to slow music … even if it’s good and I like the songs … I have a hard time staying motivated. But, if I chose songs with an upbeat tempo I can practically wiz through my workout.
What songs do you listen to during your workout? *SmiLes* Suzanne

Hi … My name is Suzanne Franco (Land) and I’m a wife (newlywed actually) and mother to 5 amazing kids (my 3 and his 2 – ages 9 to 16) and we live in the Texas Hill Country where we try to spend a lot of time in the water (river, boating, wakeboarding, the beach, etc.) and running from one kid’s sporting event to the other (mainly football, cheerleading, and soccer).

Oh my gosh…You are a rockstar, I can tell how much you have lost just by loking at your face. You go girl! Looking awesome. What kind of cleanse are you doing?
Gee … thanks for the nice comments and for the motivation and support!
As for the cleanse, I’m doing the Isagenix cleanse and I just LOVE it! It totally works like magic. I am also totally committed to changing my eating habits and working out pretty much daily.
*hugs* Suz
My wife just purchased an elliptical machine and I am considering doing 15 minutes to get going in the morning. Might wake me up as I usually am not awake until around 10am.

I’m just about to do another cleanse too … I love it
Running or walking on a treadmill has worked out for me really well. I really did not have to change anything on my diet. For as long as I consistently start or end my day in the treadmill. As for the songs I listen to whenever I’m on it, well… it varies. Depending on the mood I’m in really. But usually it’s jazz. Sounds weird but it works for me.
