US Free Ads – Great for Traffic and Backlinks
One of the methods I use to promote my various sites and products is US Free Ads. They are a classified ads site and I use them for both traffic and for backlinks.
They offer three different types of membership – a free membership, a gold membership, and a premium membership.
After reviewing the tools and features that are included with the premium membership (like HTML code, ability to upload multiple images for each ad, links back to your website (or webpage), you can insert PayPal buttons, you can set up your ads to renew automatically, advertise an unlimited number of items or services, and much more) I decided to go with the premium membership.
The free is obviously free, the Gold is $10.00 per year, and the Premium is $9.99 per month.
I was given a hint before I signed up so I’ll do the same for you. If you sign up for the Gold membership they will ask you if you’d like to upgrade to the Premium membership for only $6.99 per month ($3.00 monthly discount).
The free membership is for private, non-commercial use and is much more restrictive. I don’t feel it’s suitable for promoting your online business.

You should cehck out AdsGlobe.com which is a web 2.0 featured website and allows to post classified ads around the globe in most of the world cities and towns. @allen ~ I’ not sure short of canceling and registering … maybe email them and ask?
I was taught that “trick” that if you sign up for the lower one and then it would ask you upon registration if you wanted to upgrade for the lower amount.
I hope you get it lowered … that would be great … if not sign up in your wife’s name or something like that? *SmiLes* Suzanne

Us Free Ads is a good site as http://www.hindlist.com which also offers free classifieds listing is gaining huge popularity due to its user frendily navigation and SEO optimization of user ads.
