I got an email this morning that piqued my curiosity … it was from Dori Friend and it was an invitation to a free online seminar. Turns out it’s a pretty darn clever set up and I’m going to attend.
The seminar itself is about driving traffic (and I think you’d agree we could all use more traffic) and you won’t believe the line-up:

Hey Dennis ~ Of course it’s going to be a “pitch fest” LOL but I’ve seen a real change in the industry over the past year or so for the “big boys” to give away a lot of great FREE info too so I’m all about that. If there were to be something that I feel would truly benefit my business and I see the return on investment then I’ll get out my wallet LOL If not I’m all about learning what I can from those who have more experience than I do. *SmiLes*
I would hope they’ve changed a bit over the years.
I was warned several years ago by someone who holds my ultimate trust…she walked out in the middle of one, her first, and swore never to go to another.

Yes, I know in the past it just a ploy to get you through the “door” but I’ve attended several worthwhile free webinars and I wasn’t sorry at all. I’ve considered testing this locally … offering local business owners a free seminar on using Twitter, Facebook, and YouTube for business and of course introducing them to my SEO/Google business at the end. I would make sure I was giving them a ton of awesome FREE info and establishing myself as an expert and a professional … what do you think of it?

i really wonder, that is will be for free. I´ve never got free infos about push traffic, tbh. so hopefully you will get a lot of good infos and blog about it!
I will definitely watch as much as possible and report back
But it’s free so if you’re curious just register for free and just commit to not buying anything while you’re there LOL
Hm…Suppose it’s a good idea,But why do creators of that seminar want to make it?
I suppose it’s not completely a seminar but a big advertisement to some Marketing tools or something like that.

After going through your article and images I can say that the event was must be interested. It will be the good time for those attained this event. Those guy must be learned advanced tips form this event.
A very long time has been passed but I was searching “online seminar on internet marketing” in google and again reached here. You have got a really nice blog.
Can’t say I’ve been to an online seminar, i’d have to check it out.
