What Topics Would You Most Like to See on SuzanneFranco.com?
*
I have so much information swimming around in my head and I really want to get it out and here on the blog so I can help as many people as possible. I have a great list of possible posts but I thought it would make the most sense to ask you, my readers, which topics you’d most like to see me write about. I will get all of this great information out as quickly as humanly possibly but I thought this might help give me a game plan to write in the order that would help you the most.
Use the poll to answer, “What topics would you most like to see on SuzanneFranco.com.” Most likely you’d like to learn something about all of these topics but please give me your top 3 so I know where to start. You can also use the “Other” option and fill in a topic that’s not on the list.
I hope these are topics you’d like to see me write about and I look forward to seeing the results unfold. I’d love to hear your comments below … Am I on the right track? Are these topics you’d like to learn more about? Are there others you’d like to see me cover? Please share your thought with us … It makes the blog more of a community and we can all get to know each other and network together more effectively. Thanks! *SmiLes* Suzanne

ONCE again.. I’m the 1st person to comment
Well.. I would like to see more of Social Networking stuff.. Social networking sites help a lot in link building, getting traffic and a good page rank
They also help in getting on the first page(of search engines) with the keywords of your niche
So.. Just discover some new social bookmarking sites which are at least PR3 and help your readers connect with you and link build with you..
I would also like to know how YOU make money online(not how much). Is it blogging? Designing? Coding? etc etc.. and and and.. If you go on listening to me.. you need to share some of affiliate marketing tips with me/us
…Ok I have enough demands.. Do what you like.. I love reading SuzanneFranco.com because it has new stuff everyday with a new topic/category
(But I would really like to see the above points on SuzanneFranco.com, at least 1 of them
)

How do you increase readers? I have my blog link on Myspace, Facebook, Gather, and Twitter. I go and read other people’s blogs and leave comments. I try to read a couple of new blogs each week. What else do I need to be doing?

@ monty ~ although i use social bookmarking sites for the backlinks i don’t use them for the social aspects (me personally) but i guess i should be. my list is here: http://www.suzannefranco.com/30-do-follow-social-bookmarking-sites but i only use 3-5 of those regularly. i build relationships and “network” with others on myspace, facebook (just starting), shoutlife (Christian “myspace”), ryze (participate in a woman’s only group and “own” a parents working from home group), twitter (love it!), twittermoms (ning network – guys are welcome there too), mom bloggers club (awesome ning network), but there are social networks for just about EVERY topic under the sun! I’ve seen networks for beer drinkers … really! LOL … I could list networks all day long but what I’d like to do is teach the methods of using these sites that have worked (and what hasn’t worked, what has gotten my hand slapped, etc.) and how to go about building relatiionships on these sites.
As for my income … i have two online business sites ( http://www.freelancedaily.net that i purchased from the founder that provides a residual income through paid subscriptions … and http://www.wahm2wahm.com that i created and developed that is also a monthly subscription based site), i make some money through my eBay affiilate program sites, some money through affiliate products/programs, affiliate marketing tips would take several posts but i’ll do them happily (main point for ME is to only represent products I use … or KNOW to be awesome!) and i’ll get in to this more in some posts too.
@ karen ~ those are great ways … make sure that when your “out and about” online you are INVITING people to come to your blog. don’t just put a link because we are all busy but you’d be amazed at what “asking” will accomplish. my success in blogging idol is living proof of that … now that was “asking” on steroids! but it was effective. LOL You will also want to get really good at keyword research and try to get as much organic traffic as possible and then once you get those visitors to your site see these tips to get them subscribed: http://www.suzannefranco.com/21-ways-to-increase-your-rss-subscribers.
Thank you both for your feedback … i want to write valuable content for you! P.S. ken used the poll and it didn’t seem to log all of his choices … anyone else have feedback on this?

Hi Suzanne
Neat idea having a vote and leaving it to your readers, I am all for democracy. I voted social networking, I have only recently discovered the whole blogging scene. But I do know my backlinks have gone up, so I am all for learning more.
Thanks

Nice question, Suzanne. Although all of the above are interesting, they are all can result money. But I believe that no matter how much traffic and socializing we do, if we cannot convert them to money they will be useless. Not unless, you are just blogging as a hobbyist.
However, I hope you can get away with the sites that can produce money because they can easily be Googled. What I think more important are the strategies for affiliate marketing, re-selling, etc.
Thanks!

Hmm… for me Driving traffic and SEO would top my list! Assuming that someone has already got a blog/site with some really quality stuff/content, the next thing that seems like the most important is to spread words about it and driving traffic to the content. Unless you have readers to read what you write, it would be like writing for yourself!

Hi Suzanne,
I’d like to know more about monitizing a blog. Does adsense work or is better to just promote affiliate orograms. I’ve read arguments for both sides. What do you do with this site or othe niche sites you may have

KEYWORD RESEARCH! damn I just can’t get that straight. LOL I picked 4 actually.
I’m so disappointed though. You missed the ONE that should be above ALL others!! You should be writing more about the wonderfulness of you favorite readers.

hi Suzanne,
I’d love to read a post called “How I won the Blogging Idol contest” or “My Secrets for Becoming the Blogging Idol” that lists WHAT you needed to do, and then HOW you did it, and if you learned what worked and what didn’t work. Any tips or secrets that could help make your readers better bloggers as well.
~ Steve, aka the trade show guru and blogging newbie
PS. I think you’ve already covered some of it in your various Blogging Idol posts, but a post summarizing everything and including what you learned would be very nice. And if you want to give the trade show guru a plug for suggesting it, he wouldn’t mind that at all.
